For India:-
i. If any product received by you has any issue/defect/sizing problem, then you can raise a return/exchange request. The product will be picked up from the same location where it was delivered*, or you can ship it to us yourself.
ii. We accept return/exchange requests raised within 15 days of the delivery of the order.
iii. All returned products must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact.
iv. Refund of shipping charges is not applicable.
v. To initiate a return/exchange, click here or go to Footer > Easy Returns
vi. After we receive the returned product, a quality check will be conducted and then your return would be finalized.
vii. In case you face any sizing issue after the delivery of the products, please initiate an exchange request and your product will be exchanged.
viii. Exchange is only valid once per order, as in that one exchange, all your issues will be resolved like sizing change etc.
ix. An order once exchanged, can't be returned/refunded. If still customer doesn't accept the exchange order/s, then the money would be refunded after deducting all the shipping and handling charges incurred.
x. Return of accessories, gifts & gift cards is not applicable.
xi. Exchanges are free.
xii. If you decide to fully/partially return your order & want money for your return, then we will deduct ₹99/- & give you your money back. The below terms and conditions are applicable whenever any product is on discount or during a sale. These applies to any/all offers like flat 20% off, or flat ₹100 off, etc. The conditions are as follows -
1. Free Exchange/returns are not applicable on every product
- In the description of a few products, just below the "COD checker", it is mentioned something like "Return/Exchange are not valid on this product during sale". These products are the ones with heavy discount like 60%+ off, and thus, return/exchange is not valid of such products. We suggest you go through the size chart to avoid any sizing problems.
2. If you still wish to return/exchange a product, then you'll have to ship it to us yourself &/or pay the shipping charges applicable
- Initiate a return request and our team will assist you on the same.
3. Clubbing of any other offers not valid
- Offers like free wristband over ₹999, or any other freebies are not available with sale items

Details regarding tracking your order are also sent to you via email/sms as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse. The details include
- Your order's tracking ID
- The particular courier partner assigned to your order. For eg, Aramex, Delhivery etc.
- The tracking link of the respective courier partner's website.
So, to track your order via this method, follow the steps below,
1. Open the link provided in the email/sms of the respective courier partner's website
2. Copy the tracking ID sent to you via e-mail/sms and paste it there.
