Worldwide Exchange/Return Policy

• Exchange/return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, with original tags, packaging, and seal intact.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
• Exchanges & refunds are free.
Refunds are processed only via Devoted Credits (lifetime validity).

Note:
Only one exchange/return per order (either).
• Accessories, gifts, promotional items, gift cards, and custom orders are not eligible for either.
• Returned products undergo a quality check before approval, Devoted owns the right to reject return/exchange that fail the QC.
• Custom orders can't be returned/refunded.

How it works:

  1. Submit a return/exchange request via our portal.

  2. Our team will contact you regarding the same, sharing the details regarding the shipping( the customer will have to pack & dispatch).

  3. Exchange manufactured & dispatched asap, for returns products reach our address, we do a quick QC & the refund is processed accordingly.

Note: Returns showing signs of use, missing tags, or damage may be rejected. If QC fails, the item will be shipped back to the customer.
