RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • The maximum liability of Devoted for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

  • All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection upon receipt.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, washing, or odour may be rejected.

  • If a return or exchange fails quality inspection, the same item will be shipped back to the customer.

  • Return or exchange is permitted only once per order.

  • If a refund is approved after an exchange, it may be issued as store credit after deducting applicable shipping, handling, and restocking charges (typically ₹500–₹2,000 depending on the order).

  • If incorrect bank details are provided and a refund fails, the refund will be issued as store credit or gift card.

  • If bank details are not shared within 20 days of refund initiation, a store credit will be issued.

  • Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

  • For prepaid orders cancelled after dispatch, shipping and handling charges (₹100–₹300 on average) will be deducted from the refund. Store credit refunds will not incur such deductions.

  • Any token amount collected for COD orders is non-refundable under all circumstances.
