Return/Exchange Policy

i. Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

ii. Products must be unused with original tags and packaging intact.

iii. Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.

iv. To initiate a request, click here or go to Footer → Easy Returns.

v. Defective or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

vi. Returned items undergo a quality check (QC) before approval.

vii. Only one exchange/return per order is allowed.

viii. Accessories, gifts, gift cards, and promotional items cannot be returned.

ix. Exchanges are free and delivered within 3–6 business days.

x. Refund options:
  a. Devoted Money (lifetime validity) — Free, processed in 4–7 business days.
  b. Original payment method5% handling/restocking fee, processed in 8–15 business days.

xi. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Important:
Do not remove the white seal tag (“No return/exchange if seal broken”). Requests with a broken seal will not be accepted. Customers are advised to record a video while handing over returns to the courier to show intact tags and packaging, and while unboxing and manually shipping any shipments too.


Return Process

  1. Customer submits a return/exchange request.

  2. Reverse pickup arranged within 2–3 business days (if serviceable).

  3. Product must be packed as received with tags intact and unused.

  4. After pickup:

    • Exchange: Replacement shipped immediately post it being ready and delivered in 3–6 business days.

    • Refund: After return reaches warehouse (3–7 days), QC is completed and refund is processed.


Additional Information

  • Returns failing QC (used, worn, odor, etc.) will be sent back to the customer.

  • Items returned without original tags/packaging will only receive store credits, not bank refunds.

  • Incorrect bank details or failure to share bank details within 20 days will result in store credit issuance.

  • Custom products cannot be returned/exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Reverse pickup is attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer must ship the item to C Prashant Vihar, Sec-14, New Delhi 110085, India.
