Lifetime Warranty on Pure Leather Products

At Devoted, we craft products designed to last for years on years with proper care. That's why every Devoted pure leather product comes with our Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.

What is Covered

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Faulty stitching or seam failure due to manufacturing.

  • Defective hardware such as zippers, buttons, rivets, buckles, snaps, or other metal fittings that fail under normal use.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, creasing, wrinkles, patina, fading, softening, stretching, loose grain, or changes that naturally occur with leather over time.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, improper care, negligence, exposure to water, chemicals, heat, sunlight, pets, sharp objects etc.

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.

  • Damage resulting from alterations, customization, repairs, or modifications.

  • Damage caused during shipping by third-party carriers after delivery.

  • Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers.

  • If any damages that are not covered in the warranty are present on the product then Devoted can also offer to repair the same but at a cost which their team will share post looking at the case.

How to Make a Claim

To request warranty service:

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number, clear photographs, and a brief description of the issue.

  2. Once approved, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product to Devoted, and Devoted will first do an inspection on the received product & then once that is also approved, will perform all the actions they deem fit on the product. All warranty claims are subject to the approval & inspection done by Devoted.

Our Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Devoted will to the best of it's ability, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace the defective component

Additional Terms

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not guarantee that the product will remain free from cosmetic changes associated with leather over time.

  • For the purposes of this warranty, "lifetime" refers to the reasonable service life of the product under normal personal use by the original purchaser. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear, natural aging of leather, misuse, accidental damage, or any other exclusions stated in this policy.

  • Each product is eligible for one (1) approved warranty claim under this Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty. Once the approved warranty service (repair, part change or other remedy) has been provided, Devoted's obligations under this warranty for that product shall be deemed fully satisfied.

  • Devoted reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
