How can I edit/cancel my order?

Please note that once placed, all orders can't be cancelled/edited while in transit.

If your shipment is still in our warehouse, then it can be cancelled/edited.

However, if your shipment has been picked up by our courier partners then it most probably can't be cancelled/edited.

Note: To ensure fast delivery, we work hard to ship all orders out of our warehouse the very same day. However, this isn't always possible, either way, your order gets dispatched for delivery within 1-2 business days.

Still, you can apply to edit/cancel your order by filling out this form and we will do everything in our power to fulfil your request, if possible.
