i. We accept return/exchange requests raised within 7 days of order delivery.

ii. All returned products must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact.

iii. Refund of shipping/COD charges is not applicable.

v. If the product received has any kind of defect then please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Similarly if you have received a different product then also please report it within 24 hours of delivery because the courier companies only entertain theft complaints if reported within 24 hours.

vi. If you have received an item different from what you had ordered we request you to report it immediately post delivery(within 12hours of delivery) with an unboxing video so that we can take it up with the courier aggregator to raise a complaint for theft.

vii. After receiving the returned product, a quality check will be conducted and your return will be finalized.

viii. Exchange/return is only valid once per order & can't be returned or refunded.

ix. Return of accessories, gifts & gift cards, promotional items is not applicable.

x. Exchanges are free, take 3-6 business days.

xi. a. Refunds are free if opting for devoted money (credits that act just like money in our store & are valid for a lifetime). 
Takes 4-7 business days.

    b. If opting for a refund back to personal account then 5% handling & restocking fee will be charged on the total value of the order. Takes 8-15 business days.

 xii. Custom orders can't be returned/refunded.

WHY DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE 8-15 BUSINESS DAYS?


Here's the return process:

1. The customer files the return/exchange request
2. We contact the customer (if required) & arrange the reverse pickup by a 3rd party courier company (if the service is available at their pin code) within 2-3 business days.
3. The customer packs the product in the same manner as it was received, unused with all the tags intact.
4. a. In case of an exchange, as soon as the reverse pickup is done our team ships the exchange from our warehouse ASAP, which then reaches the customer in 3-6 business days.
    b. In case of refund, as soon as the returned product/s reaches back in our warehouse (3-7 business days post pickup), we perform a quick Quality Check & then initiate the refund which then reaches the customer in 1-3 business days.

 

~ If the QC(quality check) of any return/exchange is rejected then the original used item received will be shipped back to the customer. Devoted owns the right to reject any QC if the items received show any signs of being used or worn out in any shape or form, including bad odour.
In case a product received is without the original tags &/or packaging then a refund will only be processed in the form of store credits/gift card/code & not in the form of bank transfer to the customer's account. 

~ If a customer provides any incorrect bank details for a refund and the refund transaction fails due to the same then a gift card/store credits will be issued for the refund.

~ While processing a refund, if the customer does not share bank details via replying to our email wherein we ask for the same from our official email ID (support@devotedstore.com) within 20 days, a gift card will be issued to the amount equivalent to the original refund.

~ If any custom product is created for any customer in anyway then return/exchange will not be applicable in any circumstances as the product will be of no use for us as an organization. If any changes can be made to the product delivered then the team will have a internal discussion regarding the same & get those done if possible.

~ Return pickup of any exchange/return will only be attempted twice, if unsuccessful even after those attempts then the customer will have to ship the exchange/return shipment manually to our warehouse address (C-269 Prashant Vihar Rohini Sec-14 New Delhi 110085 India).

i.  What should I do to keep my leather shining like new for the many years to come?
The best thing here is to apply a leather balsam to the leather with a dry cloth to restore your jacket’s shine, however if you don't have one at hand then an alcohol free skin cream is also a viable alternative.


ii. What to avoid
Avoid leathers contact with oil or alcohol based substances. Cosmetics, perfumes, hand sanitizers, and disinfectants all can damage the quality of your jackets outer, along with the colouring.
- Also, don't let water sit on your leathers for too long, and ensure that you wipe with a soft, dry cloth to avoid saturation


iii. What to do if my jacket is a bit tight in certain areas?
Leather accentuates your physique with time, so if it's a bit tight then you can consider sticking to that very piece for a more snug fit however if it's a bit too tight then best get an exchange for a bigger size.


iv. Is it okay to fold my leather?
Yes but not for very long periods of time (good if you're travelling but not good for an entire season). Also when you have to do the same, then try to do so with the minimum number of folds and where possible, make the line of the fold follow a stitching seam.

 

v.  Should I iron my leather?
No, ironing your jacket can likely ruin the leather, the best practice to remove any wrinkles from the jacket is to:
1. Wear it for some time & the leather will with time accentuate your physique.
2. Keep your leather on an appropriate clothes hanger when you’re not wearing it, don't keep it folded like a t-shirt.


vi.  Should I ever put my jacket in the dryer? Or washing machine.
This will make your jacket shrink & also dry it out of it's natural oils, so no.
And a big NO for the washing machine.


vii.  What should I do if I see mould on my leather jacket?
Leather stored in damp or humid conditions may develop mold or mildew. Mold appears green or black and slimy, while mildew is white, grey, or yellow, with a fluffy, powdery texture. To tackle these issues, wear a face mask and gloves for protection & clean the leather with a damp cloth soaked in a vinegar solution to remove mold, allowing it to air dry. Prevent mold by storing your jacket in dry conditions with proper air circulation—avoid plastic wrapping.


viii. What do I do if my leather jacket goes stiff?
Frequent wear enhances jacket suppleness, but if natural leather oils dry out, elasticity is lost. To prevent this, apply leather conditioner annually, or more often for jackets exposed to sun and rain.


ix. How do I save my jacket if it smells like smoke?
As a natural, porous material, leather absorbs odors, especially when exposed to a bonfire. To prevent lingering smells, mix equal parts water and vinegar, apply with a damp sponge to remove smoke odor from your leather jacket. Afterwards, remember to condition the leather with leather balsam on a dry cloth or an alcohol free skin conditioner.
