If your payment fails, please ensure that you are providing all
correct information on the payment gateway i.e. name, account details,
password etc. Also, ensure that your Internet connection is not
disrupted while payment is in progress.

~ Select the size you require and press ‘Buy Now’

~ Go to your shopping bag after you've added all the products you desire and press 'checkout'

~ Fill up all the shipping details and press 'Continue'

~ Enter your billing address(if same, tick the checkbox), choose the
payment method and provide special instructions, if any in the 'order
comments' box(Don't forget to mention your Instagram Handle) and press

~ You will now receive an order confirmation via email

~ You can check the status of your order under 'Orders' section on 'My Account' page.

Please check your bank account to ensure that the money has been deducted.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is
normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You
can contact us for the same. We ensure that your money is safe.

By paying online via any method like Paytm, Paypal, debit card etc you get -

Orders placed on devotedstore.com
will be delivered to your provided address. We aim to route all our
orders to our courier partners on the same day however, this is not
always possible due to volume. Either way, it will take from 4-7
business days for the order to reach your doorstep. We have partnered
with reputed courier companies to make the shipping process as smooth as
possible. Also, we use superior quality packing material to ensure the
package you receive is in perfect condition.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation


Please note that once placed, all orders can't be cancelled/edited while in transit.

If your shipment is still in our warehouse, then it can be cancelled/edited.

However, if your shipment has been picked up by our courier partners then it most probably can't be cancelled/edited.

Please note that custom orders can't be cancelled.

To ensure fast delivery, we work hard to ship all orders out of our
warehouse the very same day. However, this isn't always possible, either
way your order gets dispatched for delivery within 1-2 business days.

Still, you can apply to edit/cancel your order by filling out the form by clicking on the button 'edit/cancel order' in the footer and we will do everything in our power to fulfil your request, if possible.


i. We accept return/exchange requests raised within 10 days of order delivery.

ii. All returned products must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact.

iii. Refund of shipping charges is not applicable.

v. If the product received has any kinda defect then please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. 

vi. After receiving the returned product, a quality check will be conducted and your return will be finalized.

vii. Exchange/return is only valid once per order & can't be returned or refunded.

viii. Return of accessories, gifts & gift cards, promotional items is not applicable.

ix. Exchanges are free, take 3-6 business days.

x. a. Refunds are free if opting for devoted money (credits that act just like money in our store & are valid for a lifetime). 
Takes 4-7 business days.

    b. If opting for a refund to account then ₹150 handling & restocking fee will be charged. Takes 8-15 business days.

xi. Custom orders can't be returned/refunded.

i. If any product received by you has any issue/defect or sizing problem, then you can raise a return request and your money will be refunded, if applicable. To file a return, you need to ship the product at our warehouse(address "C-269 Prashant Vihar, Sector -14, Delhi-110085, India) at your own expense. To keep the returning cost low, we suggest you return the items using a standard postal service.

ii. We accept return requests raised within 20 days of the order delivery. I.e, your return request must be initiated within 20 days of receiving your order.

iii. All returned products must be unused, unwashed with all original tags and packaging intact.

The below terms and conditions are applicable whenever any product is
on discount or during a sale. This applies to any/all offers like flat
20% off, or flat ₹100 off, etc. The conditions are as follows -

2. Any product purchased at discounted price cannot be

Note: Devoted owns the right to end such sale at any given point of time without giving any prior notice to the customers.


After we receive your returned product, we perform our quality check
on it. Then after being approved for return, then it usually takes 2-10
days for the money to be refunded back to the original mode of payment. If you still don't receive the refund then please contact us and we will share proof of transfer which you can then use to escalate the issue at your bank.

If you've cancelled an order and your order hasn't been shipped out of our warehouse, then it'll take about 2-10 days for the money to be refunded back to the original mode of payment.
