How can I edit/cancel my order?

If your order is still in our warehouse then we'd happily cancel/edit it, however, if our courier partners have already picked up your shipment, it is unlikely that it can be cancelled or edited in transit.

Note: that we strive to ship all orders from our warehouse on the same day to ensure fast delivery, however, sometimes this can take 1-2 business days.

Still, you can apply to edit/cancel your order by filling out this form and we will do everything in our power to fulfil your request, if possible.
