Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused with original tags/packaging intact.

  • Defects/Wrong Item: Must be reported within 24 hours (or 12 hours with unboxing video for theft/wrong item claims).

  • Exclusions: No return on accessories, gifts, gift cards, custom orders, or items with seal tag removed.

  • Process:

    1. Request return/exchange by clicking here.

    2. Reverse pickup arranged within 2-3 business days.

    3. Exchange shipped post-pickup (3-6 business days).

    4. Refunds processed post quality check (8-15 business days).

  • Refund Types:

    • Devoted Money (Store Credits): Free, 4-7 days.

    • Bank/UPI/Card Refund: 5% fee, 8-15 days.

  • Important:

    • Keep seal tag intact for return/exchange.

    • Record video while handing return to courier.

    • 1 return/exchange per order only.

    • Failed QC = item sent back.

    • Refunds issued as store credits if tags missing, incorrect bank details, or if bank details aren't shared within 20 days.

    • Custom items are non-returnable under all conditions.

    • Pickup attempt max 2 times; after that, customer must ship it manually.
