To ensure our jackets last ages, we use some of the finest grade top grain lamb hide for our designs & further process it in-house into luxurious nappa leather using world-class tanning and finishing techniques, which are also used in high-end automobiles like as Rolls-Royces, Maybachs, etc, resulting in an end product that's exceptionally soft, durable, and built to age beautifully.

Note: Pure leather is non-stretchable but contours to your physique with time, however, if you'd prefer a relaxed fit or wanna layer it up with thick inners then we suggest going for a size larger than your usual.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused with original tags/packaging intact.

• Defects/Wrong Item: Must be reported within 20 hours of delivery with preferably an unboxing video. 

• Exclusions: Return on accessories, gifts, gift cards, custom orders, or items with seal tag removed isn't possible. 

• Process:

  1. Request return/exchange by clicking here.

  2. Reverse pickup arranged within 2-3 business days.

  3. Exchange pushed into production process asap & dispatched the moment it's ready. 

  4. Refunds processed post quality check at our location (8-15 business days).

• Refund Types:

  • Devoted Money (Store Credits): Free, instant post pickup from customer. 

  • Bank/UPI/Card etc Refund: 5% restocking fee, 8-15 days.

• Important:

  • Please keep seal tag intact for return/exchange.

  • Optional: Recording a video/photo while handing return to courier. 

  • 1 return/exchange per order only.

  • Failed QC = product repolished & sent back to the customer as a used product is of no use to us. L

  • Refunds shall be issued as store credits if tags missing, incorrect bank details, or if bank details aren't shared within 20 days post our team requesting the same. 

  • Custom product are non-returnable. 

  • Pickup attempt max 2 times; after that, customer shall be requested to ship the product themselves.

Caring for Your Leather – The Devoted Way
At Devoted, we craft leather products built to last decades. Like all long-lasting items, a little regular care keeps them looking their best.

i. How do I keep my leather shiny for years?
Use a leather balsam applied with a dry cloth to restore shine. If unavailable, an alcohol-free skin cream works as a backup.

ii. What should I avoid?

• Keep leather away from oil- or alcohol-based products like perfumes, sanitizers, cosmetics, and disinfectants—they can damage the finish and color.

• Don’t let water sit—wipe off immediately with a soft, dry cloth.

iii. What if my jacket feels tight?
Leather molds to your body over time. If it’s slightly snug, wear it in. If too tight, consider exchanging it for a better fit.

iv. Can I fold my leather jacket?
For short durations, yes (like travel). Avoid long-term folding. When folding, follow seams and minimize creases.

v. Can I iron my leather?
No. Instead:

1. Wear it—leather naturally smooths with time.

2. Hang it on a proper hanger (never folded like a t-shirt).

vi. Can I use a dryer or washing machine?
Absolutely not. These can shrink, crack, and dry out the leather.

vii. What if I see mold or mildew?
Wear gloves and a mask. Clean affected areas with a damp cloth and vinegar solution. Let it air dry. Store leather in a cool, dry place with air circulation—never in plastic.

viii. What if the leather feels stiff?
Wear it often. To restore suppleness, apply leather conditioner yearly, or more frequently if exposed to sun or rain.

ix. How do I remove a smoke smell?
Mix equal parts water and vinegar. Wipe with a damp sponge. Let dry, then condition with leather balsam or an alcohol-free cream.
