ii. Products must be unused with original tags and packaging intact.

iii. Shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.

v. Defective or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

vi. Returned items undergo a quality check (QC) before approval.

vii. Only one exchange/return per order is allowed.

viii. Accessories, gifts, gift cards, and promotional items cannot be returned.

ix. Exchanges are free and delivered within 3–6 business days.

x. Refund options:
  a. Devoted Money (lifetime validity) — Free, processed in 4–7 business days.
  b. Original payment method — 5% handling/restocking fee, processed in 8–15 business days.

xi. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Important:
Do not remove the white seal tag (“No return/exchange if seal broken”). Requests with a broken seal will not be accepted. Customers are advised to record a video while handing over returns to the courier to show intact tags and packaging, and while unboxing and manually shipping any shipments too.

Return Process

1. Customer submits a return/exchange request.

2. Reverse pickup arranged within 2–3 business days (if serviceable).

3. Product must be packed as received with tags intact and unused.

4. After pickup:

   • Exchange: Replacement shipped immediately post it being ready and delivered in 3–6 business days.

   • Refund: After return reaches warehouse (3–7 days), QC is completed and refund is processed.

Additional Information

• Returns failing QC (used, worn, odor, etc.) will be sent back to the customer.

• Items returned without original tags/packaging will only receive store credits, not bank refunds.

• Incorrect bank details or failure to share bank details within 20 days will result in store credit issuance.

• Custom products cannot be returned/exchanged under any circumstances.

• Reverse pickup is attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer must ship the item to C Prashant Vihar, Sec-14, New Delhi 110085, India.

Caring for Your Leather – The Devoted Way
At Devoted, we craft leather products built to last decades. Like all long-lasting items, a little regular care keeps them looking their best.

i. How do I keep my leather shiny for years?
Use a leather balsam applied with a dry cloth to restore shine. If unavailable, an alcohol-free skin cream works as a backup.

ii. What should I avoid?

• Keep leather away from oil- or alcohol-based products like perfumes, sanitizers, cosmetics, and disinfectants—they can damage the finish and color.

• Don’t let water sit—wipe off immediately with a soft, dry cloth.

iii. What if my jacket feels tight?
Leather molds to your body over time. If it’s slightly snug, wear it in. If too tight, consider exchanging it for a better fit.

iv. Can I fold my leather jacket?
For short durations, yes (like travel). Avoid long-term folding. When folding, follow seams and minimize creases.

v. Can I iron my leather?
No. Instead:

1. Wear it—leather naturally smooths with time.

2. Hang it on a proper hanger (never folded like a t-shirt).

vi. Can I use a dryer or washing machine?
Absolutely not. These can shrink, crack, and dry out the leather.

vii. What if I see mold or mildew?
Wear gloves and a mask. Clean affected areas with a damp cloth and vinegar solution. Let it air dry. Store leather in a cool, dry place with air circulation—never in plastic.

viii. What if the leather feels stiff?
Wear it often. To restore suppleness, apply leather conditioner yearly, or more frequently if exposed to sun or rain.

ix. How do I remove a smoke smell?
Mix equal parts water and vinegar. Wipe with a damp sponge. Let dry, then condition with leather balsam or an alcohol-free cream.
